How to remove write protection using software
Write Protection is one of the major problems that so many users were facing. computer students can easily solve this problem. but other students don't know how to solve write protection problem.we are providing two ways to solve write protection problem They are.
Method 1:Using write protection removal software.
Method 2:Using disk_part in command prompt(without software).
First Method
step 1:- Download the software click it:- RMPrepUSB
step 2: Install the software and open it. and see the image carefully and follow the instruction.first select "drive" option and then click on "clear Read-only status " option
step 3:-
after selecting the option clear read-only status option. it will display the blue screen windows. There press 'y' letter and click on enter button.
step 4:-
Now the your are successfully removed write protection on your pen drive. select 'drive' option and click on "Format Volume" option. Then Your pen drive/memory card will be Formate. NOTE:- it does not work Format twice or ejects pen drive and format again
Second method:- using without software(using command prompt)
step 1:-To remove write protection from pen drive first command prompt and type"diskpart" and press the enter button
step 2:-Type "list disk" and press enter
step 3:-it will display a list and select disk 1..Type"select disk 1" and hit enter
step 4:-it will display "Disk 1 is now the selected "now type "attributes disk clear read-only" and press enter button
step 5:-now you are successfully removed write protection from pen drive
step 6:- Format your Pendrive more than one time or ejects your pen drive and insert again the format again(still your pen drive is not format use some professional format software
like:-HP USB STORAGE FORMAT )
